Terms of services

 

The Website is an advertisement directory. Each payment made to the Service Provider is for advertising services and is for a set number of days, for a specific advertising package.

 

For clarity, a day or any part thereof will be deemed to have ended at 23:59. For example: if you start your advertisement at 22:00, a full day will be deemed to have ended at 23:59, which is 1 hour and 59 minutes after the start. We recommend that you start your advertisements as close to the start of a new day as possible.

 

We are not an escort agency or escort service and we do not accept payments on behalf of escorts or act as any other type of intermediary. The Client and the Service Provider are completely independent of each other.

 

The Service Provider strictly offers business-to-business advertising services. We do not accept advertisements from consumers or persons/entities who are providing their services on a non-commercial basis.

 

Payment Process

 

All payments made to the Service Provider for advertisements must be made before the advertisement is activated on the Site.

 

We accept payments by credit card, cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin and certain pre-paid voucher schemes which must be made using our secure online payment page. The availability of payment options may change from time to time and we do not guarantee the availability of any service or payment option. We are unable to accept payments over the phone or by any other means.

 

Payments made to the Site will be handled directly by the Service Provider or, on some occasions and through some payment methods, by: a company registered in Spain with registered office at: as the payment agent for the Service Provider.

 

We accept payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website but all payments are subject to Fraud Screening and are manually reviewed.

 

New clients may only make payments via pre-defined methods and all payments for advertisements must be made by the Client themselves using their own payment facility.

 

No third party payments will be accepted and the Service Provider reserves the right to reject any payment at any time.

 

Chargebacks/Unsatisfactory Payments

 

In an instance where the Service Provider has received notification from its merchant account provider that a payment made by the Customer has been subject to a chargeback claim;

 

And the advertising service provided by the Service Provider has commenced but not been completed;

 

The Advertisement will be cancelled without notice and the Customer will become liable for the full amount of the chargeback claim plus a chargeback fee of €50. No further Advertising Services will be provided to the Customer until this amount is paid in full. All future payments will be restricted to pre-paid services until further notice.

 

And the advertising service provided by the Service Provider has not commenced;

 

The Advertisement will not be activated and the Client will become liable for a chargeback fee of €50. No further Advertising Services will be provided to the Client until this amount has been paid in full. All future payments will be restricted to pre-paid services until further notice.

 

And the advertising service provided by the Service Provider has commenced and completed;

 

The Advertisement will be cancelled without notice and the Client will become liable for the full amount of the chargeback claim plus a chargeback fee of €50. No further Advertising Services will be provided to the Client until this amount has been paid in full. All future payments will be restricted to pre-paid services until further notice.

 

In a case where the Service Provider is not satisfied with the legitimacy of a payment or the Client is unwilling or unable to provide documentary evidence in support of their payment;

 

The payment will be refunded and any services that have commenced will be cancelled without notice. All future payments will be restricted to pre-paid services until further notice, together with any other action deemed necessary by the Service Provider.

 

Contract Commencement and Conclusion

 

The contract between the Service Provider and the Customer will become legally binding when a payment has been submitted by the Customer and these terms have been accepted (by ticking the appropriate checkbox to indicate that you agree to the terms).

 

Each of the advertising packages offered by the Service Provider on the Website is for a set price and for a set number of consecutive days. A day includes a full 24-hour period or any partial day.

 

Once this consecutive period has been completed, your advertisement will be automatically removed and the contract between the Service Provider and the Customer will have been concluded.

 

Cancellation

 

In the event that a payment is made for an advertisement that is If an order is cancelled by the Customer or rejected by the Service Provider before it is made publicly visible on the Website, we will refund such payment to the original payment source within 14 days.

 

If the original payment source is unable to accept refunds (such as voucher schemes), we will refund your payment by cheque. Cheques will only be made payable to the same name provided at the time of payment and will only be sent to the billing address provided at the time of payment.

 

Refund Policy

 

The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Website operates with an uptime of at least 99%, but we cannot be held responsible if this changes due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that our hosting is very reliable.

 

In the event that the Website is offline for more than 50% of the month, a full refund will be offered within 28 days for any remaining days of your advertising package.

 

For example: if you purchase a month of advertising at a price of €250 and our uptime is only 49% and you wish to seek a refund with 15 days remaining, then a refund of 50% of your purchase price would be offered, which would total €125.

 

No refunds are available for any other reason, once an advert has been activated** it will run for the set number of consecutive days, it cannot be paused or put on hold in any way. Your advert can be stopped early but no refund will be offered.

 

Having informed the Client of the prices, terms and conditions of our products and this being accepted by the Client at the time of purchase, we advise that each complaint will be assessed individually before any returns or refunds are made.

 

To request a Refund, the Client can contact us via our contact form at: https://www.escort-ireland.com/contact.html and one of our agents will be contacted. Once a return or refund has been confirmed, if paid by card, it will be effective on the card used for the purchase (not by other methods) within a maximum period of 10 business days.

 

Advertisements

 

General

 

The Client agrees that he/she is solely responsible for the management of his/her own Account and that he/she may only create one account on the Site.

 

Accounts may not be gifted, sold or made available to third parties under any circumstances.

 

The Client may maintain multiple advertisements on a single account only where the advertisement relates to an alternative service provided by the Client himself/herself, i.e. Massage Advertisement, Dominatrix Advertisement, Escort Advertisement, Virtual Advertisement, etc.

 

In the event that this policy is not complied with, the Service Provider reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary against the Client, which may include restriction or cancellation of services, without refund, and/or refusal to accept future advertisements.

 

The Client must agree that he/she offers an escort service for companionship only and does not offer paid services of a sexual nature.

 

Duo/Couple/Multiple Person Advertisements

 

The Client agrees to the following special terms and conditions in relation to advertisements containing the details of more than one person.

 

All parties are exercising their free and independent choice to be part of this advertisement.

 

All parties shall have the power to terminate the advertisement at any time.

 

In the event of an advertisement being terminated early on the instruction of any person included in the advertisement, no refund will be offered.

 

All parties shall have the right to edit the details of the advertisement as a whole, but not the details of any other party.

 

Any party who has agreed to be part of this advertisement shall be jointly and severally liable for its content.

 

Agency Advertisements

 

The Client agrees to ensure that each person listed in the Agency Advertisement is working legally and exercising their own free and independent choice to do so. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for contractual arrangements between the Client and its employees.

 

At any time, the Service Provider reserves the right to remove any individual profile from an Agency Advertisement if we receive a verified request from a person listed in the Advertisement that they no longer wish to be listed as part of the same Advertisement.

 

External Marketing Policy

 

The Client agrees to give the Service Provider explicit permission to use any photos and advertisement information provided by You:

 

On Social Media Channels (such as, but not limited to, Twitter) used by the Service Provider for the promotion of the Site.

 

In email communications to promote advertisements on the Site.

 

The Service Provider reserves the right to post the Client’s advertisement or portions of the advertisement on social media and/or in commercial email communications without prior notice.

 

The Service Provider confirms that the Client’s advertisement is not intended to be used in any way, including but not limited to, the use of the advertisement.

Please note that email communications are only sent to users who have given their consent for the Service Provider to receive such communications.

 

Only information already contained in the Client's advertisement will be displayed.

 

All photos will be watermarked by the Site to prevent misuse of the content.

 

The Service Provider reserves the right to use and modify for commercial purposes any of the Client's photos without prior notice. The Service Provider undertakes to maintain the integrity of the photos used in this matter.

 

Premium Advertisements

 

The Client agrees that the purchase of a premium advertisement reserves this space for its use and by making this purchase, the Service Provider agrees to remove this space for sale to third parties. Once a purchase has been completed, the sale will be considered complete and the premium advertisement will be queued on the Site. No refunds or changes are available for premium advertisements under any circumstances. If an ad is suspended, discontinued or unavailable and a premium ad has not yet been completed, the premium ad will remain active in the database but will not be available for public viewing.

 

Premium ads are only available for purchase via Credit Cards. Premium ads cannot be resold, held or transferred.

 

The Customer agrees to a 3 minute error rate in the start and end of the premium ad due to technical items beyond the control of the Service Provider, such as file caching and DDOS protection services.

 

Viewing Adult Content

 

The Site contains sexually explicit material and is intended solely for consenting adults who are interested in and not offended by adult subjects such as escorting, prostitution and sex. You must not use the Site if you are offended by any content or are accessing it from a location where its use could be considered a violation of any law.

 

Uploading Adult Content

 

You are responsible for your Content.

 

You warrant that you have (and will maintain) all rights and permissions necessary to permit use of your Content as contemplated by the Service and these terms and conditions, especially those relating to usage, publicity and image rights, and that you are not violating the rights of any third party.

 

By submitting any Content to this Website, you confirm that:

 

All persons depicted in the content are of legal age and that you have seen and have a copy of their identity and age verification documents

All persons depicted in the content have consented to its production and you have the necessary legal documents such as model release forms to prove this

All persons depicted in the content have consented to its distribution and you have the necessary legal documents such as model release forms to prove this

All persons depicted in the content have consented to its ability to be downloaded and you have the necessary legal documents such as model release forms to prove this

That this content is not illegal and does not violate any other part of our terms and conditions, terms of service or other agreements or infringe any applicable or local laws and does not subject the Website to any claims, demands, lawsuits, regulatory actions or any actual, potential or threatened liability thereof.

We may request copies of the documents listed in parts A-D above and failure to provide such documents within a reasonable period of time will be a breach of these terms and conditions and will result in the removal of the content and possible termination of your account.

 

We will monitor by automated and manual means all content, including messages and comments, for illegal content or content that violates our terms. We may edit, hide or remove any content for any reason at any time.

We accept no liability if your Content is misused by third parties as this is beyond our reasonable control. We may place advertisements near or within your Content. If this is the case, we retain all revenue from such advertisements.

 

It is your responsibility to make your own backups of the Content to protect it in the event of loss or damage to such material. We are not liable for any such loss or damage.

 

We may irrevocably delete your Content without notice to you upon termination of this agreement.

 

Above and beyond the guidelines set out in the Obscene Publications Act (UK), all images must comply with The Service Providers’ copying guidelines. (Latest changes here regarding obscene images)

 

The Service Provider retains the right at any time to remove any images, content or information posted by the Client at any time, without prior notice, if the Service Provider believes that the reputation of the Site may be harmed by its presence.

 

Additional Criteria and Requirements

 

The Service Provider will not advertise escorts who are under the age of 18.

The Client will be required to provide government issued documentation to verify their identity and age.

The Service Provider will not advertise escorts who are deemed by the Service Provider to be unsuitable or otherwise vulnerable.

The Client is required to provide an accurate billing address in relation to all payments.

The Client is responsible for their own taxation. The Client should obtain appropriate professional advice to ensure all of their legal and tax obligations as a result of operating a professional services business.

The Service Provider reserves the right to request, in a manner decided by the Service Provider, a form of verification of the Client's identity, billing/payment information, business or tax status, or Images at any time.

The Service Provider cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by error or inaccuracy in the publication or omission of any advertisement.

The Client is solely responsible for any liability arising from the publication of any advertisement.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.

 

The Service Provider reserves the right to change or modify these Advertising Terms and Conditions.

 

* Profanity, e.g. fuck, cum, cunt, is not permitted in escort descriptions. Sexual acts between people, masturbation or naked genitalia are not permitted in escort photos or videos, nor are any persons not part of the advertisement.

 

** For tour profiles, the public will be able to view adverts in our “coming soon” sections up to 3 days before any tour/advertisement is viewable by the public on the website. Based on this, once an advert is live in our “coming soon” sections, we will consider the advert viewable by the public and will follow the refund policy as outlined in these conditions.

 

If you are established in a country that operates VAT in the European Union, the services we provide to you will not attract VAT. However, this is a transaction that may be subject to reverse charge VAT in the country to which you belong.
